Admissions Process
STEP ONE: APPLICATION
- Completed Application for Admission to initiate the process
- $30.00 application fee (Check payable to St. Joseph Parish School)
STEP TWO: SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
- Copy of birth certificate (Pre-K applicants must be 4 years old by Dec. 31, 2026
AND fully potty-trained)
- Student Health Record (Form 14)
- Form DHS 908 (for Pre-K only)
STEP THREE: FINANCIAL AID
– Limited financial assistance is available through the St. Joseph Scholarship Fund
and Augustine Education Foundation. Other state of Hawaii subsidies include
PATCH (Open Doors) and Kamehameha Scholarship programs.
STEP FOUR: DECISION LETTERS
Decision letters (acceptance, wait list, non-acceptance) for the 2026-2027 school
year will be mailed by Friday, March 27th, 2026. For those applying at later dates,
decision letter will be handled with due attention.
